Remember cruising? I’ve almost forgotten it has been so long. I was cruising several times a year but when I try to remember, it seems like ages ago. How fast we forget! If I wasn’t writing these blog posts, it would be a distant memory. I know… I’m exaggerating. To refresh my memory, and maybe yours, let me share you with some of my favorite cruise photos. If you have never cruised before maybe they will inspire you!
There are only a certain number of Caribbean itineraries available and I have done them all many times over. However, it never gets old because cruise lines are always bringing on new ships with new and amazing activities and amenities. One thing that never changes is the non-stop sun, so appreciated in the middle of winter.

I hope you enjoyed these photos. Maybe some of them are your memories too. If you have never cruised before, does this inspire you to consider it?
I’ve never been on a cruise but it looks like such a unique holiday experience! I really fancy trying one, especially now they’re off the cards! I’ll definitely be trying a cruise once they’re up and running again! It’s easy to see why you miss them!
I have been on numerous cruises and they are my favorite way to travel!! I’m ready!!
I haven’t been on a cruise yet but it’s really good to see some of the reasons why you love it so much. That makes me want to try it out soon. I live in Vancouver Canada so I’m sure the easiest one for me would be the Alaska cruise since it leaves from here. Great post, thanks for sharing your cruising experience
I’ve never been on a cruise but they seem fun! I think I would want to try a cruise somewhere warm though! I miss dancing too (in general) haha
I haven’t actually been on a cruise before but you’re making me want to look into it more. I can see why you miss it!
I have wanted to try a cruise for years – maybe one day I will! These are lovely photos!
I’ve been to many resorts but not a cruise. I won’t say that I’ll never go on one, but it seems because of this virus business I’ll be waiting awhile for an opportunity. It looks wonderful.
Your pictures alone are so beautiful. I feel as though I’m there. I also miss traveling & definitely cruises. Thanks for sharing.🌸
We love to cruise as well. The last one we were on was a year ago. I miss it and look forward to going back.
I cannot wait to start traveling again! I’ve never been on a cruise, but you’ve inspired me to put that on my travel must-do list now!
Man that crystal clear water is calling my name!
My husband and I have our honeymoon planned for the end of May. We are supposed to go on a Mediterranean cruise but unfortunately I expect it to be cancelled 🙁 This will be our first cruise together and I truly cannot wait for them to open back up!
I haven’t been on a cruise in years but it is such a great way to travel and see so many places. Hopefully traveling will happen so again.
I’ve never been on a cruise!
I totally forgot about the towel animals!! I remember going back to the room at the end of an evening to see what my towels had turned into. So fun! Hopefully, we can get back to cruising sometime soon.
I have never been on a cruise but I do see why you miss it.
2021 was the year I had planned to take a cruise but with the current circumstances I’ve put that plan on pause. I will definitely be cruising in the future though.
I miss cruising so much! We are huge Disney Cruise fans and would go every year. Our last cruise was a river cruise through Europe in 2019 and I’m going stir crazy without it.
I know how you feel. I love river cruising as much as the big ships. Have done most all the rivers in Europe even Russia. Hopefully, it won’t be long before it is safe to cruise.
We have been trying to book a cruise….but they seem to keep changing the dates for when they will be back in business! Thanks for the great photos and info!
The last cruise we were on was so much fun for the whole family. This brings back memories.
I’ve never been on a cruise, but your pictures are convincing me I need to go.
We love cruising and have been on 6-7. I love the mix between relaxation and adventure. I miss it too and hope we can go on one again sometime in the near future. Thanks for the beautiful photos to remind me of our cruise travels.
A cruise is on our bucket list! Your pictures look amazing!! Thank you for sharing your adventures.
Thanks! I am glad you enjoyed my photos.
I’m with you on missing it. I had a Baltic cruise booked for July, but just not willing to wear a mask for 2 full weeks, and risk that pretty much everything in every port is closed. So I’ve rebooked for same time next year. Hoping this one is a go!
I have a river boat cruise scheduled for October and am hoping we don’t have to wear masks by then. One good thing is that American Queen steamboats have mandated that all passengers and crew be vaccinated.
I have yet to go on a large cruise ship. We did a week long cruise through the Greek islands, but the ship was pretty small. Hopefully when things go back to relatively normal, we will give it a go!
Small ships are fun too! I love riverboats.
There is something about the ocean that beckons us to peace and tranquility! We need to take care of our world. it is beautiful and provides us so much to se and wonder at. I hope you can go cruising again soon. i love reading your stories.
Thank you!
I e yet to experience a cruise! I hope the cruises will be able to start up again soon. My sisters and I want to do a girls’ cruise.
I did that with my 2 sisters and it was a great experience!
I would love to go on a cruise one day.
We also love cruising! Just cancelled our March trip to Aruba, Turks & Caicos, Curacao. It was to celebrate my sons graduation from high school. Planned over a year and a half ago with other families of graduates. COVID has robbed these kids of so much…frustrating, but present and a reality.
I know what you mean. I have had to cancel so many trips. I hope you and your son get to go on that cruise. Those 3 islands are beautiful!
I agree completely! Love it! Miss it! Can’t wait for them to stop cancelling my cruises ……
